Corporate Development Advisors is comprised of a team of senior Corporate Development/M&A executives, and Investment Bankers who assist companies in achieving growth through acquisitions and by maximizing valuations/proceeds in a company sale. We focus on deals in the middle-market and lower-middle-market, typically with enterprise values of between $10 - $250 million. As a M&A Intermediary and Advisor, we specialize in selling companies in highly competitive auction processes.

The firm is led by Founder and Senior Managing Partner, Paul Haviland, who was the senior officer in charge of Corporate Development and M&A for major global public companies like Exelon Corporation and Stanley Black & Decker as well as for leading private equity firms, including The Artemis Group and the operations headquarters of Forstmann Little & Company. Mr. Haviland also served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor of M&A for a leading boutique investment bank in New York, Bentley Associates. He is a Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA), a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a Member of American Mensa.
